Been drinking champagne all day, now so real stuff from Brooklyn.

Hey, congrats on the nuptials!

Wait - is this thread really that old?!?

Btw had a Victory Hop Devil and an Ithaca Flower Power IPA - but both were after drinking a crap ton of Jim Beam so I forgot to snap pics. Then I hit the Miller Lite. And yes it got worse - Bud Light! I'm just making up for not drinking at all yesterday, despite the Celtics losing in Game 7 to the damn heat. Go OKC!!

Thanks man! You can all call me Al now, as in married with children
I have never ever drank so much champagne in my whole life that I did, and cuz I found the black chocolate stout at a bar I had too have 3 of em, 10% each.
Got quite pissed after those hehe. We even went to the rock bar where we met 9,5 years ago, and got free shots from our bartender hero. Eventually passed out in our hotel room around 4 am. Total drinking time: 17 hours, good times!
And I did a DC yesterday, wasn't hangoverish at all, just tired

Just got in to this the other week. I'm REALLY digging it! It's a pretty unique flavor to me, and it's called a Belgian Style Abbey Ale. The best part: it's 9.5% so 1 beer is like 2 :D

The first sip I ever had, I was sort of turned off by the taste. By about the 5th gulp I was already a believer.

North Coast Brewing Co. - Brother Thelonious. (Bonus: this beer helps support Jazz education!)

damn. I finally decided to check back in on this wonderful thread.

It's 5:30 AM, and I still haven't gone to bed. Now I need a beer!

Open the fridge, and all I've got left is a lousy can of High Life in the back corner. WTF???

Got some Uinta Hop Notch (excellent) and Goose Island Nut Brown (very solid), and these two exquisite foreigners:

The Marriage Parfait is delicate and tart with strong cherry essence. Only the faintest hint of any sweetness. If you like lambics, this one is a real deal, not like Lindeman's, which is basically the Luden's Cough Drop of lambic beers (tasty, but really just candy and not at all to style).

I've had the Grovash in the past, but can't exactly recall the flavor other than that I really liked it. It's also cheap at $6.50 for the big bottle.
