In all truth ... I love a lot of things, but this board ... I love this board. That's true.

I used to be young, and take advantage of the internet to spread my vision of despair. I'd say the BYOC board has been a big part of turning that around. Realistically, the reason stuff pisses me off is because I really like things, I like being here, and I dig on cats like you cats. So .... yeah ... it's been a little while since I've seen a self-congratulatory "BYOC rocks" thread. Here's one, right now. Assholes go to hell and don't post here.

It's cool bro. We'll all help hold your hair out of the way while you're hunched over the toilet.

When non-DIYers ask me about this place, and Wilbur Enterprises in general, I like to tell them:

BYOC is where me and a bunch of other musician/nerds learn how to invest THOUSANDS of dollars so we can build a $150.00 pedal for $45.00.

I also like to tell them that I am a Mod on several other forums, and the Admin on a religion forum, and the BYOC forum is the most civil and friendly place on the web, PERIOD!

How about that?

Incidentally, this thread led me to peopleofwalmart.com which then led me to awkwardmessages.com, so consider my workday officially full!

Yeah, this board is the best. Funny thing is, I got into building pedals initially to SAVE money... Whoa was I way off :)
