So with going with Neutricks, are the invoices correct, or will there be an adjustment invoice? Just want to make sure before I pay.

I believe that all of the invoices are short.

But we are not talking serious money (in most cases).

The fees I am collecting for postage will cover what I need to make the order.

I need to go over EACH invoice, and determine what the upcharge will be.

I see no reason why those additional funds cannot be gifted. We are paying a fair amount of fees per the original outline of the buy, but this is just house keeping.

AND, if a guy really wants to go with the cheaper jacks, as long as we ALL don't do it (which we won't), we can handle that.

All to say................every guy that bought jacks will be getting EMAILS from me. My PM box can obviously not handle that kind of traffic.

I believe I have nearly all of the money to make the purchase.

You have all been very patient so far, so I see no need to start 'outing' stragglers yet!

So, you'd prefer me to pay my current invoice now so we can get things rolling and then I'll PP gift you the difference for the jacks after you email me? I'm cool with that, just want to be certain.

Basically, yes.

New Tricks came out at 0.81 and 0.88 for Mono and Stereo, respectively.

The cheaper jacks were only 0.46 and 0.49, respectively.

So the difference winds up being significant.

So I need to collect from each guy that ordered jacks the difference, but I need to figure the difference, and it just takes me time to do it.

I am in this boat also ( Invoice #4 ), so I will go ahead and pay the initial ( short ) invoice in Paypal and wait to gift the difference for the New Tricks.

i'm sorry if this is a dumb question, but I asked a week or so ago and never really got an answer.

what's the timeline on getting all this stuff in, sorting, shipping out? Not in a rush, I just like to plan ahead for packages. :-)

Not a dumb question at all!! Sorry I missed responding to it.

I believe that while I do not have ALL of the money collected, I have enough to make the order.

I would feel more comfortable if I had the additional $$ on the Neutriks, but I haven't heard from anyone that refuses to upgrade, so I am willing to bet that I won't have trouble getting the rest of the money.

The last time we ordered this large, the turn time was about 5 days from Mammoth, IIRC.

I didn't have a system, and was worried about being short, so I counted EVERY SINGLE PIECE when it got to my house, counted again when I sorted, and counted each package AGAIN before I sealed it. Times 33, that took about a week of evenings, but I was getting much more efficient as the week progressed.

So, based on that, I am thinking the packages will begin going out January 23-27.

All domestic packages will be in USPS Flat Rate boxes, and I have rarely seen them take more than 3 days (although, I HAVE seen them take longer!).

I also know that some guys like me are buying future stock and some guys are looking in the mailbox to get parts to finish builds.

I see no reason why you guys cannot post here or email me and ask to be early in the sort or let me know that you are in no major rush.

The International packages are special. Customs forms, no tracking, and if I use a non-standard box, postage can vary a bit. Canucks will get USPS Flat rate Boxes, and I believe I correctly charged for those.

Hope that helps.

Chris

Payment sent, Thanks Chris !!

Yep, I am waiting on this order to finish some builds. It would be nice to be in the early bunch, but the world will not end if I'm not.

If'n you are in the neighborhood, let me know and I'll hand deliver it.

I considered a road trip to Pendleton later in the month, but I haven't been to your neck of the woods since my daughter was a Varsity Softball player.

I don't think you can see it from space, but it is pretty big.

The real draw is that you can take your kids, drink some cider, pick all kinds of produce, and make a day of it.

We have something similar here, with a pumpkin patch, berry patches, and an apple orchard. Same deal - cider, getting your own fruits and gourds off the vine, and family time. Only with ours, in southern New England, there are no snow capped mountains in view. Or, any mountains. :|

Hi Chris

If you could bump my order up with the orders going out first that would be aces. I need a dozen or so of those pots for stuff currently on my bench.
