I'd like the led to flash on pick attack. Does anyone know hoe to do this?

Looking at the schematic, I wonder if it would be as easy as connecting it in series with the VTL....like from pin 2 to ground, or something like that. Or, that could cause a meltdown that would destroy the universe. One or the other.

I destroyed two universes in the testing phase, so I just decided not to mess with it anymore.

Right...I think I did something else with my spare VTL. Was it the Neutron? My universe was fine afterwards, just FUNKIER.

hmm..yeah. somebody needs to design a small 'daughterboard' circuit that will take the input signal, have it control an LED's brightness, then pass it back to the main circuit unadulterated. It just seems theoretically doable to me, and it would look cool on just about any pedal.

If it helps.. I think it would be equally cool if the LED dimmed on signal peaks instead of the other way round.
