And the reverse:

Pleas note the emitter resistor for Q2 is labeled R1 on the schematic, I've re-named this resistor R10.

Now I need to put in an order for some vero. At the least I need to breadboard a few of these and see where to get started... DF and Tonman - thanks again for all you do for DIY!!!

Thanks to both Dragonfly and Tonmann to help me learn about transferring circuit diagrams to vero and basic circuit design. This has been very helpful to me. Now to build that Dragon #2....

Seriously, if we could find a volume discount on the stuff, I'd be down. I only know of one or two places to buy it, and the one I'm most familiar with (the DIY stomp store, which gets it from SB) doesn't offer a volume discount.

OOOH! I just looked - futurlec does carry it (that was the other one I was thinking of) and does offer volume discounts on as little as 25 of them. Here's the size/price breakdown:

Stripboard - Large (Board Dimensions: 110x94mm - 4.33x3.70in)
Qty US$ (each)
1 + $1.95
25 + $1.85
100 + $1.75

Stripboard - Small (Board Dimensions: 94x53mm - 3.70x2.08in)
Qty US$ (each)
1 + $0.95
25 + $0.88
100 + $0.82

Iis that gonna be worth it? I just haven't bought any myself, so I don't know about shipping.

If we get a huge order shipped to MA ( ), would it be cost effective to send small packages around the country?

Not sure if it's going to be worth it, but it is considerably less money than the DIY stompboxes store - theirs is $2.50 (they only have the larger size I think).

Well, I'm all for herd purchasing. Reduces my carbon footprint!

Maybe we should start another thread, like Wicker did recently, just to gauge interest.

If no one else bites, maybe you and I will just work up a decent sized order and split that?!

Thanks Tonman :)

I've saved all of these and look forward to finding the time to build some :)

Thanks to all of you for the kind comments and an extra thank you to Dragonfly for providing the circuits/schematics.

I know that the Dirty Sanchez and Ultra Lord are now production units, but does anyone have the other schematics for these projects? They seem to be deleted. :(

Not sure what you mean by 'production units', but I can see all the schematics on page one of this thread.

Hmm, I'll try to refresh the page. I am not seeing the pics.

By production units, I meant that the Dirty Sanchez and Ultra Lord went into production and were being sold by Tone Factor (I think), therefore the schematics were pulled elsewhere.

Thanks!

Wow - I had no idea. I thought these were DIY specials.

Might be something in your cookie settings?

edit - AHA I see:

Dano drew up the DS and UL schematics...hopefully he won't mind my posting them.

Ahh, I just realized it was one of my security programs blocking the images. I see them now.

Thanks, Tonedeaf!!! :D
