Build Your Own Clone Message Board

Im looking for a chart that perhaps could tell me or anyone the different types of distortion different diodes produce. Does such a thing exist? A quick search in google gave me a very small chart of 3 diodes and an LED. Which is fine but im looking for a little bit more....maybe I should just experiment? hmmm I wonder what two purple LEDs would sound like or maybe a Purple and a blue together.....I see me purchasing a bread board this after noon......I can feel it.

The problem you have is it can be circuit specific, right? That's a tough one to chart. You can get some general characteristics but heck even that is subjective to some degree too. But, to answer your question I've never run up on one, assuming I get what you are asking.
