High there,

I live my phaser Royal, but the only problem I have is with the LED. I would like to replace it with a high bright blue LED. I read somewhere that replacing an LED needs modification to some resostors. What do I need to modify to do this?

Thanks for all your help.

You don't have to replace anything other than the LED. If the new LED is too bright you could either increase the value of R38 or just place a 2.2K resistor in parallel with the new LED to tone it down a bit.

But thew blue ones run at a different voltage aren't they (3,3/3,5 v) than the red ones (~2V)?

It doesn't matter. You still only need to replace the LED with whatever color and brightness you want. If the LED turns out to be too bright you can always tone it down some as I said above.
