1. Pic of the top side of your PCB.
Got it.
2. Pic of the underside of your PCB.
Got it.
3. Pic that clearly shows your footswitch/jack wiring and the wires going to the PCB
The wiring was all purple. I made sure it was going to the correct places, but it's going to be impossible to show a pic that shows where each wire goes.

4. A pic that clearly shows your wiring going from the PCB to the pots and any other switches
Same as above.
5. Is bypass working?
Yes, bypass works.
6. Does the LED come on?
Yes.
7. If you answer yes to 5 and 6, what does the pedal do when it is "on"?
The light lights up when you step on it. The knobs work. There is a change in the static noise, or signal when you swish the knobs (move them from 0 to 100), but signal is not passing from the guitar to the amp. I can strum the strings, hear them in bypass, hit the switch to turn on, and it's nothing but some faint static.

I have a multi-,meter but don't really know how to use it for this application. I learned to solder from my Dad, an engineer, when i was like 5 and it's been 26 years of no practice. I have successfully modded a couple pedals and built a true bypass looper, but I have to ask a lot of questions from people who know more. Sorry for the pics, it's the best I could do. If you need me to try to take more, let me know. Also, this is the 2005 version of the instructions/pedal.

Here are a couple more pics. Not sure if they help.

There is some not so good soldering. A little clean up may go a long way.
