do you think it is possible to add blend control in the flanger? like a potentiometer or something like that?

Replace R25 and R26 with a 47K lin pot with the wiper to R27. It is probably a good idea to have something like a 10K at the R25 end of the pot to maintain an even balance because the 'dry' signal is a bit hotter than the 'wet'.

Just to be on the safe side - the resistors I am referring to are ID'd as R25 and R26 on this schematic - http://buildyourownclone.com/flangerscheme.pdf
and are labelled dry level and wet level.
